This version of vBulletin has a WYSIWYG editor for entering message text. What do you think of it?

I think they must have added in with version 3.6 because Insim doesn't have it, and it's running version 3.5.

If you want to change between the WYSIWYG mode and normal plain-text click on the http://www.sunsims.com/forums/images/editor/switchmode.gif icon.

it's cool. Anyone who's used forums should be okay with it. and the plaintext is easy for my off days :)

I switched my default back to the plain-text editor because I'm so used to seeing the BBCodes and then using a preview to see what I've done to myself. But then, I've never be able to get the hang of any kind of WYSIWYG HTML editor, either. It's a wonder that I can cope with Microsoft Word!

Emoties. This thing needs emoties. Don't forget the beer.

Or the astronaut.

Oops! We lost the astronaut! :p

You know, the astronaut doing somersaults that we've had on every board from ezBoard to the first incarnation of the Hullabaloo?

Omigoodness! I remember that one!

Maybe the file still exists somewhere on the old server. The original Hullabaloo got blown away in its entirety, including emoties, but it might be lurking somewhere among the data for the board we had before that, whatever the heck it was called.
