My game keeps shutting down since I downloaded objects (It gets to the sign where it says H&M Fashions and then it goes back to my computer screen)

Navigate to My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 and rename the cache and package files. Just add ".oops" to the file names. Your game will load even slower the next time, but it should load!

If it doesn't help, change the filenames back.

If it does help, delete the "oops" files.

This freaked me out the first time it happened too!

No, I don't think you can put quotes in a filename.
