Heinlein is still one of my favorite writers, and he was also one of the niftiest human beings I've ever been privileged to meet. When he died, I set myself the task of rereading eveything he had ever published, in order. Conclusion: He should have written more, the lazy bum!

I'm glad Greybeard is enjoying the chateau! I was just in there this morning, adding walls and sundry other bits of outfitting. The house just continues to grow as I need bits to shoot scenes.

The new terrace work on the hillside is coming up a treat.
But, this gardening malarcky, is some what more taxing than piratin'.
The old fellow retires, plumb tuckered out, after a day tending that big lot.
Seems his lady friend is getting a little neglected, at the moment.
Well, she wants the income. Etc, etc, etc.
