I'm not curious enough to test this... double dormies wouldn't be too bad, but double professors (especially the one that keeps ringing the doorbell) would be sooo annoying!

BTW, you can get rid of the premade dormies by finding the U001 folder under C:\Program Files\EA Games\ and zipping and deleting it. There's a thread on Help Desk called "Get rid of ugly Townies" that discusses this.
