I successfully uploaded Codi Jo. She's 3 megabytes. It took a while to upload but obviously she made it.

So we know that the problem isn't uploading sims, or even large sims. It might be that the little goth pixie is larger than 10 megabytes, or maybe it's taking so long to upload that the connection is timing out.
