I still get those, but I don't seem to have any other downtownies. Other than the cook, servers, host and DJ the only people I see are my playable and her 3 next door neighbors. I'm waiting for 7pm to see if a vampire might show up, but I forgot to install the hack that makes their appearance on a lot 75% instead of 15%.
Definitely looks as if we'd have to generate sims to replace the missing ones. Maybe not the whole 78 though.
