Why the entire contents and not just the contents of the Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Pets\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate\P001\Characte rs folder?

I'm just about to experiment with that, I think the Downtownies are generated from Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Nightlife\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate\D001\Cha racters
