Aha! At about 8:00 AM this morning I suddenly started getting that old "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page" error, so I looked closer at it. It's a DNS error!
It could be that Insim has been the victim of a DNS attack for quite some time now. Or maybe their web host's DNS tables are messed up.
