Okay, maybe I am more confussed than I thought!

Do you mean you actually packaged the default lots or do you mean you just moved them into the lot bin with the "move to bin" option?

I guess I don't "get" how you are able to access a packaged lot in order to change it's status to un-populated.

I'm really (mainly) only interested in the pre-made Community Lots that came with the default Downtown hood.
