Got a strange question now: one of the lots I packaged was a de-fault Downtown Community Lot (I think it was the North Park or something) & when I opened it I saw alot of items from Artistic Habbitats listed! How is this possible on a Maxis made lot?

(If I'm dealing with community rather than residntial lots, is it okay to leave all the "decore" items still checked, or...? I'm not sure how/if community lots are tied into Townies... )
