If you packed that lot on your machine, the "packer" snagged a bunch of your downloads as well. Stuff that's used in the house will definitely be included, so will stuff in your Teleports folder. Other than those two things, it's kind of random if it snags anything else.
Yet another reason to use Clean Installer... nothing goes to Teleports!
I always uncheck all the objects in lots for my personal use too, just leave the "lotsegment" checked.
