Between CleanInstaller and DDO, Delphy is in the running for Sims utility god!

I missed one of your questions in the flurry last night... The only Sim that's tied to any community lot is a playable Sim who owns a community lot. Even that can be cleaned up by packaging the lot, deleting it from the 'hood, reinstalling the packed lot, and placing the lot back on its original location.

I used to have to do that with the owned businesses in Blue Water back when I used the "nuke" (deleteallcharacters) approach to get rid of the ugly Maxis created Sims.
