Actually, it won't take half an hour per test. If your full complement loads in half an hour, half your files will load in about 15 minutes, a quarter in 7.5 minutes, etc. Prolly a little more, since Body Shop needs to load all the Maxis clothes first.
I might even run a quick test with no Downloads just to be sure it's not something freaky in the Maxis files.
