Now you guys have ME thinking about building an outdoor kitchen. It would be just thing here in sunny southern Cal! My neighbors would whine about smoke from the grill but I can buy them off with steaks!

Have I ever told you about a fellow I knew in Las Vegas who had seven grills in his outdoor kitchen?

No. What about the fellow you knew in Las Vegas who had seven grills in his outdoor kitchen? Or did you mean seven girls in his outdoor kitchen?

Oops. That was the whole story. Well, except maybe that he was a retired US Navy Command Master Chief and was the boss of the shop when I was running a little aerospace company in Las Vegas.
It was grills, not girls. He's quite the grillmeister.

Nothing Like a Mantinace Master Chief for running a shop! Long as he isn't to old school. They were known to be evil in thier humiliation tactics back in the 60's and 70's...

Yup, he was an excellent shop boss. I don't recall exactly how hold he is, but some time in the 60's or 70's he was busy being born; so although he was no dbout something of a tyrant at the time, the tyranny was directed at his mother rather than the swabs below decks. By the time I knew him, he was really quite a gentleman.
We had a lot of fun in those days. A couple of times he even brought a gas grill to work so we could cook stuff for lunchtime parties.

I've heard that sailors eat better than any other branch of the service. Maybe that's because they can take big kitchens with them.

That's one more thing that makes me wish I had volunteered for the Navy before I went to college!

Greg, another request from the ladies. Can you make your "cult" sign into one of these yard signs?

Meanwhile, my job is to stand next to Greg and whisper "Thou art human too." Keeps him from getting a swelled head!
