Default What's the trick with occupied houses?

I'm trying to copy an occupied house from one neighborhood to another, but it's not showing up in my house bin. I haven't tried to do this since before I installed Clean Installer. Am I overlooking something?

Are you looking at the occupied lots? There's three buttons... occupied, unoccupied, and empty.

Yes. Another occupied lot does show up--the one that Warlokk made for the classic pinup body shape.
