BearBB face tutorial!

Montoto, the creator of the BearBB meshes, has posted a tutorial on how to modify faces to fit the "bears"!

It's well hidden inside a thread with downloadable BearBB work clothes, so I figured I'd post it here so I could find it when I need it.

From Wikipedia:

"Bears tend to have hairy bodies and facial hair; some are heavy-set; some project an image of working-class masculinity in their grooming and appearance, though none of these are requirements or unique indicators."

It's most often used in gay slang describing men that fit an ultra-masculine appearance; I've personally usually seen it associated with either fat or muscular men with lots of body and facial hair.

Lol, all the BearBBs are on InSim with the sole exception of the anatomically correct nude mesh (currently in Beta testing), which is on their adult site, so I think this tutorial is SunSims appropriate!

And yes, Kaylyn's description is very correct... it's Montoto's slightly heavy version of the Marvine and Yakov's Body Builder meshes. They closely resemble the Russian weightlifters from the 70s. I don't think you can get much more "bearish" than that!

A good range of clothing is available for them, from suits to work clothes, and once Montoto gets the nude skins finished (taps fingers impatiently), a full range of body hair will be available too!

Do you think if we took up a collection, Montoto could take some time off work and finish up this set?

I think hairy guys are alright for teens to see. I seen how one woman watched over her daughter who is 14 for a whole weekend and she doesn't worry so much what she sees because you see it all on television anyway. She watches when she goes online tho because I don't have any kid filters on my computer like they do at home.

It might be smart not to bring up sexual preference tho even if they do brainwash kids with it at school. Give them a chance to get away from all the hype you know.

I'm thinking this tutorial might be good for modifying faces for Momma Lisa and Thick Madame too. I'm tired of the faces sized for those bodies that just looking like piefaces.
