Timing is everything though. Compare the times between when the patch came out and Free Time was released. As always, they don't bother releasing a patch until the next expansion is going to come out.

More likely a bit of laziness or frugality. My guess is that unless there's a big uproar, like the Pets bodyshop backwards compatibility issue, they don't even bother to develop fixes until they are nearing release of a new expansion so they can include it with that. I'd also guess that there are fixes that don't show up on the published list but have to be made so the next expansion will work. After all, they don't release software with lots of bugs, either, right?. But, what do I know?

I think you're dead on the money with that one!
It seems that each EP has "magically" managed to incorporate many of the features most players had been using hacks/mods for. Both Bon Voyage & Free Time have added many, many game play features that fans have been hacking/modding to get. Now, if they would just do some friggen Beta Testing once in a while... -ZW

Why should they pay testers when they've got people willing to pay $30 and destroy their games testing?
