Kid-Blocker Web Services

Does anyone here know how to flag a site for things like Cybernanny and those other kid-blocker web services?

When I moved The Pearl and Anja's site to the new server, they got disconnected from the old reliable adults-only door dragons and now I don't have a way to filter out underage visitors. Both sites have a splash screen with a warning message but I'm thinking that one of those kid blockers would be more effective.

The single one of things I've played with assumed everything was blocked by default, and you actually had to do something special to mark them "kidfriendly." Sorry I can't help!
