Yep, I tried, with mixed results even though I followed a tutorial. Who knows?

TPBM backs up their neighborhood, like they're supposed to, before making changes to their sims with SimPE

Yes I will! SimPE is the all purpose tool for The Sims 2 that lets you modify package files (for a large variety of reasons).
